All suppliers are regularly monitored by our qualified team of high grade inspectors, with all testing being made in our high quality laboratory, ensuring that the same high standards are maintained group-wide.

Working Towards a Zero Defect Culture

The Group operates a robust, controlled quality system maintaining traceability of products from their initial source of supply, into stock, right through to dispatch to the customer.
To assist in this, the group boasts a comprehensive range of state of the art testing equipment and personnel including:

• 5 tensile testing machines, with the largest of 4,000 kN capacity, capable of testing our full range of fasteners up to the diameter of M72 and length of 4m.
• Torque 'V' tension testing equipment capable of testing bolts up to M64, also being able to identify stress values on individual sections of the bolt.
• Fully functional low temperature Charpy Impact Testing Machine.
• HV, HRC, and micro hardness facilities.
• Two automated magnetic particle inspection machines (MPI) capable of inspecting up to 4m in length. With a level 2 NDT qualified operator
• 2 black belt 6 sigma staff
